Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Terry Kneeshaw Art! We make and send every print ourselves, and we want it to arrive promptly and in perfect condition.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland. We don’t currently deliver overseas or to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. If you’re outside the UK and would love one of Terry’s prints, please email management@terrykneeshaw.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivery cost
- UK mainland: £6.75
- Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more
- Northern Ireland: £14.00
Delivery times
- A3 framed prints, A2 unframed prints and A2 framed prints: dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, and delivered within 1 to 3 working days of dispatch.
- A2 personalised prints are hand-painted by Terry to order. Please allow 2 working days for your print to be made before it is dispatched, then 1 to 3 working days for delivery.
Christmas
UK orders placed by Friday 18 December should arrive in time for Christmas.
Working days
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We don’t process or deliver orders at weekends or on public holidays.
Tracking and special requests
A tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched. If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us at management@terrykneeshaw.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
